A decent pub, split into two ground floor rooms and a downstairs wine bar. It's a little pokey so can get crowded very quickly just after work in the evenings. The beer is decently kept Young's and there's a refreshingly unpretentious lunch time menu. The Lewis Carroll theme has not been exploited - it's just an ordinary City boozer, but as there aren't many of those in this part of the City, that's no bad thing. A word of warning, if you're meeting someone here make sure they know which of the rooms you're going to be in (or both of you carry mobiles).
