If it wasn't for the flat-screen TV and modern taps on the bar it would be easy to forget you're in the 21st century upon entering the Auld Triangle (or according to its signage outside -- The uld riangle). Very little seems to have changed in this pub for many years, but it seems to serve the locals well. It's just a shame that drunken abuse from the landlord spoiled our last visit, though previous trips have proved more welcoming. Some of the cheapest Guinness in London outside of a Wetherspoon may still drag us back here again. We've heard there used to be a talent night many moons ago, mainly consisting of old men playing the spoons, but unlike in the gastropubs invading all corners of the city we saw no signs of cutlery here on our visit.
