There's been a pub on this site for quite a while - we can remember at least one previous incarnation, more traditional, but still one of London's premiere gay pubs. It's always been a friendly and easy going place, and the current version is just as welcoming, with the lurid chartreuse walls making it seem pretty intimate. Don't get us wrong, we're not always opponents of change, but it is somehow reassuring that places like this carry on and do the job they always have. Lager, cider and Guinness are the prime tipples, with numerous alcopops and varieties of shots available too. And to top it all off, there's a fab Top of the Pops jukebox in the corner, playing chart hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s. One word of warning, this place gets pretty packed on the weekends primarily because of where it's located in the heart of Soho. If it sounds like your sort of place, give it a go.

My mates Ricards, Roy and Tompo suggested we meet here a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly suprised by the men. We had a great night, very 'memorable'.

Narrow and dark inside and usually playing cheesy 80's and 90's pop. As you enter the bar is to the right with some stalls for patrons to prop up on. A digital jukebox is opposite where for a modest quid you can select 3 songs of your choosing. Probably best not to choose ACDD or Metallica. Steps, Kylie and the like are more suitable in this venue. Bar staff are efficient and friendly and have a selection of beer and alcopops to keep most happy. A quiz machine and VERY small dance floor at the back make up this fun venue. Toilets however need serious renovation and should only be used when desperate!
