how to find it:

Turn right out of Goodge Street Station, walk along Goodge Street and you'll see it on your right. Leave Tottenham Court Road station and head up Tottenham Court Road , turn left along Goodge Street, then same as above.

Despite receiving a bit of a makeover, including the addition of some squishy chairs this is still a traditional, decent Young's pub. You'll find all the usual Young's & Wells ales along with a regular crowd of locals and local workers that, combined with the easygoing staff, keep the atmosphere pretty friendly. It has two attributes worth mentioning: it's heavily into sport so all the big sporting events are catered for and it hosts an excellent quiz every Tuesday evening, with drink prizes (which must be consumed on the evening). Jolly good fun it is too.
